Hi! I'm new to the Sweepstakes Advantage website and I can't seem to get the intro video to load?! Help!! Thanks :)

Are you using this link for the video?

It worked for me just now. Check to make sure your Adobe flash player is up-to-date.

Let us know if you still can't play it. There is a really good trouble-shooting post with update links by Amyshulk (can't find it at the moment). Maybe someone will help out.

Thanks, Amy! I did see that sticky but was in a hurry and did not scroll down far enough. Finally back and glad you posted the link.
