Sweepstakes Advantage Tab Blinking

I'm using Google Chrome on a Macbook Pro - for some reason, when I open the New Sweepstakes tab, it starts blinking nonstop and the page in general is kind of glitchy, slow to respond and scroll, etc.

Anyone know of a reason for this? I'm not having this issue with any other websites.

This happens to me in Firefox but it's usually the shopyourway.com site that causes it - I just figure it's too resource intensive for my laptop/video card?
