Sweeps generating too much SPAM?

I've noticed my email being jammed with junk now that I have started sweeping. Do most people use a separate email just for sweeps? How do you sort thru hundreds of SPAM to find winning notifications?

I've heard serious sweepers say they open every email.


I check my Gmail on my tablet, it is faster, and I read the subject, and try to open every email too. (I don't think I use desktop view)

Get an email that has good spam filters and use it exclusively for sweeping. I have an old Microsoft Hotmail account which is now called outlook.com.

I like it because it has an option - - "view message source". You can look a garbled version of the incoming email without actually opening it. You can usually read enough info to make a decision about whether to open or delete the email.
