Surprise Win and an Odd Email

I received a surprise package with a Hard Rock Ecobag. There was no letter inside so I'm not sure where it came from.

Then I noticed this email:

The weird thing is that my name isn't Alice and I never received the first email. I explained this to them so we will see if it comes.

Also today, hubby won a pair of sneakers and I scored $80 doing a consumer field study.

Very interesting I also got the mail & replied that I was not Alice. Asked them who was actually the winner-the email addressee or the person named Alice.
