Sudden spurt of timing issues?

Over the past week or so, I've had a sudden spate of problems with multiple sweeps, all telling me that I've "already entered today" or "already requested an entry code today." In each and every case, I had not entered that day and, in most cases, my previous entry had been more than 24 hours prior (though none of these contests were 24-hour ones anyway).

It's happened on 2 different PrizeLogic sweeps (twice on one of them), on the justborn.com Movie Mania one, and on at least 4 or 5 seemingly unrelated others. My computer's time is kept current always and I can find no problems on my end. The sites I've contacted swear they aren't having any problem (and, of course, suggest cookie and cache deletions, both of which I've done several times). I haven't moved -- I'm still in the Eastern time zone, though I'm beginning to feel more like the Twilight Zone!

Can anyone shed light on what may be happening here? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Is your wife entering also? That creates problems with some sweeps. I usually enter in the morning. My wife will clear cookies, etc and enter in the afternoon. Otherwise, we would occasionally get the "you've already entered" notice.

Years ago, I used Google autofill. It differs from Roboform in that only one name at a time appears for you to click on for entry. This prevents entry by the wrong person.

Occasionally I'll click on my wife's name by mistake - it's easy to do with Robo, especially when you're in a rush, 'cause both names are shown. She'll find out when she tries to enter in the afternoon & gets the already entered notice.
