Subway Battle Ship free codes?

I've been submitting the online form for the free codes from the Subway battleship instant win, and i am not receiving the 3 free codes to my email. it said the free codes started on June 2nd? is anyone else having this problem? thanks

After reading your posts I went through the rules and submitted the form for 3 codes. One minute later they showed up in my hotmail.

I remember from previous Subway IWs that this was unpredictabe. Some people never got emails with codes and others, including me, received them sometimes. It was very unreliable.
 
i got an email from subway the other week with a free game code and the link worked. should i contact subway? i contacted them last month i won and it didn't give me a form to fill out so i could collect my prize, they never contacted me back, then i won again last week and i filled out the form and i got an email right away with confirmation that i won. it says you can win different tier prizes so i can still play and win other prizes. i don't know why i'm not getting the free email codes?

I had that happen before & I "think" I just skipped it when I never got them.

I'd put their addy in my "white list" to have them go into a certain folder {I created WINS for email codes} then contact SUBWAY to see if they'd use that addy to send me a test email
 
I am unable to get them through yahoo/chrome, but can get them with IE. Arrived in seconds after I requested them at 8:00pm PT
