Submit button

I know this is a general question, but what are some possible reasons why the submit button doesn't work?

For example, sometimes it works on Etonline.com and sometimes it doesn't. In this case, the button is ghostly pale gray, and it needs to be red or whatever the color is (or bold). I check the date, and the sweeps is still active. I tab through all fields, go back and manually select country and state from the drop-down menu, complete all fields including the optional phone number in the correct format, and the optional second line for address, allow pop-ups and cookies, check the privacy policy box, check the newsletter box, and nothing... close the page, return to it and repeat everything...all things that sometimes solve the submit button problem, but still nothing.

As far as I know, everything is up-to-date on my computer.

Any ideas?

I finally got the form to submit. Filled out everything (not the optional newsletter check box or the 2nd line of the address) I did put in the phone #. and checked the privacy box last. It did take a few tries.

for ET online I almost always have to fill things in by hand ... with roboform it seems it won't submit ... same problem .... grey button

Thanks, colleen and missecho. I just typed all the required fields by hand and it worked, finally!
