It is a good question and many people have asked. You can use autofill.
There is a difference between a service, for example, which people pay to fill out sweeps forms on their behalf, and an autofill which you use on your own computer to simply fill in the fields for you so you don't have to type out everything every time.
Sponsors use sweeps for advertising, so they want you to visit their page, notice their products, and personally enter a sweeps. Whether you enter by autofill or typing in each field should not matter.
