I was in a bit of a dry spell, and really need to win some prizes, especially cash. Before now, I've strayed away from contests that needed help from others (referrals or votes). But since I hadn't been winning, I decided to give it a try.

It has been about a week since I switched strategies, and so far I have won:
Free hair color coupon
Coupon organizer
Sandwich bag
Full size product from Pure Romance
My friend's first vibrator :laughing:
$10 Petco giftcard

I am also currently in the lead to win a weight loss wrap for me and a friend, $20 Starbucks GC, $25 Walmart GC, $500 Gardner-White GC, new laptop, $50 Best Buy GC, $80 in Petsmart GCs, $200 Visa, necklace, and a scarf.

Yeah....I don't know why I didn't try this earlier.

Also, a good friend of mine is now entering sweepstakes. She entered one last week and won $500. Today, I decided to try it out, and won $100. She's been bragging ever since. :cheers:

Today it was confirmed that I won one of the weight loss wraps so far, and the Starbucks GC mentioned in my first post. I also won a $25 Visa, and a $10 Target GC.

Yes, mostly Facebook sweeps from pages with referral contests, though there are some contests with voting such as photo contests mixed in there.

I lost the Walmart GC mentioned in my first post, but I won a scentsy warmer, a picture frame, a packet of coupons, and my second $25 Visa in a week. My mother also won $10 in a contest I entered her in.

Edit: I just got an email, I won third place in a contest, a different $25 Walmart gift card. :thewave:
Edit 2.0: Just won another $25 Visa for participating in a online study for U of M. That's my 3rd one this week, and with the walmart gift card, puts me half way to my goal for the weekend!
 
Congrats and thanks for posting. I need to switch strategies. Can you explain the referral's you are talking about, is this when they ask to invite friends? THX
