Still no prizes from Nestle

I won two book certificates from the Nestle Share the Joy of Reading Sweepstakes (July 25 & Oct. 16.) I haven't received either one. I emailed them twice and I phoned them. Still no prizes. It's very frustrating. I don't win that often. When I finally do win I would like to get my prize. I shouldn't have to go through this hassle for two $10 prizes. Any suggestions on what I should do next?

I have won 3 certificates and I finally got the first one in the mail 1-8-11. They seem to be very slow sending out, just be patient I guess.

I won forever go and just received mine so yours is probably on the way

I won twice with them and generally recieved mine within 4 weeks after winning! Got both of them. You may want to contact them and find out whats taking so long.
