Starting to get discouraged

I won a battery operated radio 6 weeks ago. When I politely messaged them they never replied. I won a ukulele. They sent an email asking for my facebook name. I replied and that was the last I heard from them. I am not sure what is worse, not winning or not getting the prize

You know, it may be helpful to send the direct URL to your Facebook Page to that sponsor as well. Just in case too many other folks share your name, and they can't identify you. I would hope for better from sponsors, but it seems sometimes you've gotta give 'em a little nudge in the right direction - lol!
