Got an email two weeks ago saying I won a prize in this sweepstakes. I filled out the Affidavit and submitted a copy of my drivers license but haven't heard or received anything yet. I don't even know what I won...when I asked they said prizes are randomly selected as they are fulfilled. I know the sweeps is legit, but I've never heard of anything like this.
