Somethin' strange is going on...

Something strange is going on in 'My Sweeps' in the daily sweeps catagory.... The count seems to be 5 off. On the maian 'My Sweeps page it says I currently have 43 under "daily", but when I click on it the count only goes to 38. I do not have any expired, I've been keeping that cleaned up. Anywho it has been like this for a week. I get a flash of three pages then it goes back to two.... Is this some kind of glitch.... Am I missing 5 sweeps? :scratch: What is going on?

Sometimes, when a sweep is first listed, it is listed as a daily. You add it to your mysweepstakes and it is then added to your count. Then, a day or two later, it is discovered to be a weekly, monthly, one time... Although the sweep is then moved to the correct category, it is, for some reason, always in your daily count until it expires.

Well, I guess it sorta answers something... but :scratch: I don't know... :crazytongue: I'm confused.

have tried clearing your cache? try this: log out, clear temp cookies & files, reboot, then log back in and see if it's corrected.

My count is ALWAYS inaccurate.It doesn't matter what category it is. Has always been ... probably always will be. It has nothing to to do with the "cookies" or "purging the cache".

It is just an internal 'spasm' ... like wolfie says. (and we ALL know that wolfie is SMART!)

The only thing is that the count never corrects itself. Maybe someday the boss will take the time to reset the internal counters. Until then I will just ignore it ... just a small bother and makes no difference at all.

The only time it bugs me is when it says there is NO item, so I skip that category, and later find out there was actually 3 in there that I haven't been entering for a month! :cussing:
