Social Media Sharing Advice for Sweeps

So... it seems that a lot of sweeps and giveaways give extra entries for social media sharing. After entering a few of these, I decided I didn't want to harass my friends and family, so I started a separate twitter account just for sharing sweeps, giveaways, freebies in this manner. Well, in the past two weeks my account has been marked as a potential automated spammer or something? I've had to go in and prove I'm a real person to use my account again after they put it on hold. I guess it's just too easy to click, click, click and follow the 15 people on the list the giveaway gives you extra entries for and re-tweet, tweet, and share to get extra entries in a sweeps... has anyone else had this issue and/or have advice on what I need to do differently so that I don't turn into a social media banned spammer robot?

That happened on the Gleam widget effective today. I asked Gleam about this earlier today via their Facebook page.
Their response was that Twitter changed their policy and have prohibited the same tweet being sent multiple times from the same account. As a result, Gleam changed the daily tweet options that you are talking about to one time entries.
The other widgets like Rafflecopter and Giveaway Tools are still allowing daily tweets for now.
