Since I updated to SA Plus, I have had various problems really making me sorry I spent the money. Anyway, my iwg's will not save with any current date. They keep reverting back to a date of 1/3/2014 half the time when I press save my sweeps. The other half -redirects me to my daily category. When I hit save sweeps, it takes me right to my daily list. Can anyone help? Feeling foolish for buying this sub:(
 
leisa11 - You show as a Member in your profile - did you ever show as PLUS?

For the date - Make sure you are logged in, then click | Add to My Sweepstakes | to change it to | Remove from My Sweepstakes | and click Save my Sweepstakes or refresh the page if you have pop ups allowed at SA.

I have had the same problem. It drives me crazy! I have to make sure I am in the Plus one but it jumps back and often does not save my sweeps. probably won't renew the Plus.
 
Leisa11 submitted a ticket on the helpdesk and was helped sometime ago. If anyone is still having trouble please submit a ticket so that we can look at your particular problem.

My sweeps plus membership RARELY saves entry dates so I'm always confused about whether I've entered. This one started 2/4 and was listed earlier but brought back on 2/18 as a new one. Since the website let me, I've dq'd myself by entering twice. UGH!!! Advice?

You still only show as a member, not as Plus? If you are Plus, you need to make sure you are logged into SP, not SA, you need to SELECT the category {either the [1x for this promo] or your own that you created} and you need to allow popups/hit save when you add sweeps to your MYSWEEPS.

leisa11 - I think you skip adding to a ^category^ - that you just click SweepsCheck for the date. BUT, if you did check the SweepsCheck box, it *would* show the date & time when you saved, it just wouldn't be in your MySweeps.

That makes it easy to see & not DQ yourself. That's how I track those I've already entered/looked at - if I clicked SweepsCheck but *didn't* enter, I don't use the drop down to put it into a category. If I did enter it? I *do* use the drop down to put it into a category. Either the one SA/SP selected {ie 1x/daily/etc.} or the category I created, ie my Custom Category;
