I had won two tickets to this NFL season games that was a Snickers promotional on Sweepstakes Plus. So excited when I won and filled out all the paperwork with the three choices of games that I wanted to see. I did receive an email from them in August saying that they were working on this and would let me know soon. That was the last I have heard concerning this. I have sent several emails, the last one being listed below this paragraph. Has anyone else had this problem? I understand there might be problems but am very disappointed in Snickers for just dismissing my win and most of all, disappointing my seven year old grandson for his birthday.


I am writing to see if I can find information concerning the sweepstakes that I won Tickets to a NFL game. I promised to take my 6 year old grandson for his birthday which has come and gone and I have heard nothing for anyone concerning this. I did everything that I was obligated to do by sending in my paperwork on time, etc. and what concerns me most is that the NFL season is coming to an end. I hate to have told a falsehood to my grandson, very disappointed right now.
Could you please send me a reply addressing these problems and what is being done to resolve.

Did you contact anyone by phone? ( Phone number on the paperwork you signed )
 
Twice I have had contact with them and then they said it was basically out of their hands and now the NFL season is almost over so I don't expect any resolution but just very disappointed, especially since I had buildt this up to my grandson as his birthday trip - which was Nov. 1. Now every time I contact, I get nothing back or someone will contact me and then they never do. Thank you
 
That is terrible. I would not give up. Keep contacting them until you reach someone who helps you resolve this. What about posting something on their Facebook page? That would probably get attention quickly. Hopefully they honor your win and you can take your grandson for his next birthday!
 
Packann12000 took the words right out of my mouth..posting on their social media page is usually the best way to get their attention. Try posting on their Instagram, twitter, pinterest or Facebook page. Usually that will get you a response. If posting publicly doesn't work, you can try messaging them privately on social media as well.

I also won NFL tickets. At the time of the win it was being handled by D L Blair. D L Blair has closed their business. The NFL contest was turned over to a different agency. I received a email telling me the date of the game tickets I would receive. The Friday before the Sunday game the tickets came via email. I do not recall the agency if I find it I will post.

I contacted mars and i was told to call 1-877-500-9929.I talked to a joyce and was able to go to the seattle seahawks game vs the atlantic falcons this past october 16th game.

I won and had a hard time getting any info as well. I received an email 2 days ago letting me know the game I was seeing and that the tickets would be emailed 48 to 72 hours before the game. Luckily mine is not until 12/5 (Monday night game which will make Tuesday at work very difficult lol) I wonder if your inquiries led to my email as well. If so, thank you very much! Enjoy the game :)

I WON TOO AND ON OCT 11...I RECEIVED A CALL FROM PFC OR PSC TELLING ME THAT DL BLAIR WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY ARE NOW ADMINISTERING THE DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS WON IN THE SNICKERS NFL SWEEPSTAKES FROM LAST YEAR....LUCKILY I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET MY 3RD GAME CHOICE FOR THE FALCONS GAME ON JAN 1 2017 AND SHE SAID I WILL GET THEM VIA MAIL OR EMAIL....THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY CALLED ME FROM IS (563) 259-0100 they are on CST AND PRESS 2 TO GET TO THE SWEEPSTAKES DEPT...JOYCE IS HER NAME!
 
DL BLAIR WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND PFC OR PSC IS ADMINSTERING THE TICKETS DISTRIBUTION TO THE WINNERS! Their telephone number is (563) 259-0100. (CST) I received a call on Oct 11 about my 2 tickets for my 3rd Game Choice...THE Falcons Game on Jan 1 2017 in Atlanta GA....it was too late for my 1st and 2nd choices because DL BLAIR CLOSED DOWN! Please share this info with others! Call the number and press #2 for the sweepstakes dept!

CALL (563) 259-0100 and press 2 for the Sweepstakes Dept...PFC OR PSC IS THE NAME OF THE AGENCY WHO CALLED ME ON OCT 11 ABOUT MY 2 TICKETS I WON...I WILL GET MY 3RD GAME CHOICE FOR THE FALCONS GAME ON JAN 1 2017! Joyce is the name of the person who called me! DL BAIR WENT OUT OF BUSINESS!
