Snail mail contest question

Does anyone know- can i use printed labels on the envelopes when entering a snail mail contest? I will be printing the 3X5 card to enter the contest. I have read the rules, but it doesn't mention if the envelope must be handwritten. I would love to print the labels on my computer.

My understanding is you can use preprinted return address labels but you have to hand write the adressee's information
