I haven't been able to enter this sweepstakes for days. It worked fine until then, but started noticing it didn't highlight the email address and wouldn't enter with the email not highlighted. Can't contact the sponsor either because entry and contact form won't submit. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks, Eric

I'm not entering it, but when a form stops working, the sponsor is the one to contact, if these tips don't work for you:

troubleshooting tips:

1} Clear all temp files & cookies.
2} Reboot & retry.
3} Try a different Browser - IE, FF, and for the real PITAS, Google Chrome.
4} Try a different computer.
5} If none of these work? It's possible you have a conflict with a program - did you recently add or update?
 
I haven't been able enter this one recently either ... The form fills ok but when I hit the submit button it just sits there. I am using Firefox ... will try IE later and see what happens and report the results. My cookies etc get cleared all the time because hubby uses the same computer when he enters.

OK just tried in IE and still won't submit. :scratch:
