Is there a method to making sure you don't enter single entry sweepstakes more then once. I already figure that my sweeps is good for sweeps on here but if you look for other sweeps its hard to tell if you have already entered them.

I just enter the ones on Sweepstakes Today, Cashnet, Sweepstakes Advantage and other sites that allow me to keep track of what I have entered.

Yeah, have a good memory! I use several sites also to make sure I'm not missing any I want to enter. I don't use any online tools. I just use Roboform, but I have a very good memory and usually can remember which ones I've entered already. Very, very, very few ever disqualify you for entering again if that's what you're worried about. Most of the time, extra entries are just deleted.

...and without mentioning the site by name, and I'm sure you know which one I'm talking about, but those members whine, cry, and complain about anything and everything! :nono:

Thanks .. I have the long term memory of a gold fish when it comes to remembering websites, lol. Suppose I can work on that. I'm glad to hear they for the most part don't dq extra entries.

What is there to whine about? You got a chance to win something, its not a promise of winning?

Oh God! Where to begin!

The sweepstakes isn't available in their state.

There's no spending money included with the trip.

An airline giving away a hotel stay but no airfare.

Not enough prizes being given away.

The prize(s) is small, so the sponsor is being cheap.

I can go on and on. You name it, they complain about it. They also have this thing about just commenting like "first" or "in" as if there was something special about it.

On forums that is a tend, if a moderator or someone doesn't sass a complainer back other people feel its okay to complain every where. I understand getting frustrated over a losing streak (hints our vent forum) but beyond that they should be grateful. Companies are not required to have a contest at all.

Actually I don't see why serious sweepers have time to do a lot of complaining. On this forum and a few others, we are too busy winning and Hoo Raying each other for winning.

I know I am enjoying my 52" and my nintendo sweepstakes Wii and Wii Fit

They don't have much forum activity over there. They're doing this right in the comments of the posted sweepstakes. I look at the comments section as a place to post helpful information, codes, etc., relevant to the sweepstakes.

They use the comments section as a place to complain about and criticize a sweepstakes and its sponsor. It also is a competitive thing for them to be able to be the first person to post. Most everything in the comments section is complaining, critizing, and "In".

It's interesting though how of the three sites I check in for sweepstakes, each has an overall membership that reflects a certain type of personality. The one site, they're mostly all bullies and scam artists, then you have the chronic complainers at the other site, then you have the rest of us here!

Since I get my sweeps from several sites also and have a minimal memory as of late, I make a folder in Roboform and make passcards for the one timers. That way when I go to the site it will show up in my logins and I'll know I already entered. It keeps me from having to go back and forth to the different sites to see if I entered.

I've been a member here since last year and over that time have read various post about the "other site" but I've yet to figure out who the "other site" is. :laughing:I have my suspicions but won't dare ask. I started out with another site but you had to pay to enter the good sweeps & I quickly decided there had to be other options...so I found my way here. Happily married to SA ever since! I do check with ST occasionally but mostly devote 99% of my time here.
