I'm with you, Walmart is right up my alley too. When the contest sponsors let you choose the gift card, I always pick places like Walmart, Target, love grocery store coupons, meat is so expensive, a grocery store coupon is always welcome my way. :wave:

Seems like the month of October has been a month of BIG wins here on SA. I have never read about so many large wins, as I have this month. Let's hope November will be good to us too!

please don't shop at walmart.....they do such horrible things to people and communities they are in....it's not worth the pennies you save by shopping there...those are pennies that other people don't have to feed their families

anikka...I worked for walmart for 15 years and yes they have become a horrible company but I do not have a choice to shop elsewhere as they are the only big retailer in my town and being a single parent I cannot afford the luxury of buying my everyday stuff at the local grocery store when it costs almost twice as much as Wal-Mart does. If I had the choice I would never EVER set foot in another Walmart as long as I live but right now I dont have that choice. They treat their employess horribly(at least towards the end they did to me) I was barely making $10 an hour after 15 years..barely enough to live on...they write you up if you become ill even if a doctor tells you cannot work...and anyone can lie about you that you work with and they believe them and you have no say in it at all...I was fired for alledgedly swearing on the sales floor...which I have never ever done and being there 15 years you would think I would have done it before...but they chose to believe the other employee and did not even let me explain anything...they just told me I was fired... the funny thing is the manager that fired me also got fired for the same thing he said that I did ...talk about KARMA!
