sheknows win problem

got notice that i won the side effects blu-ray disk and the player.this was on july 2 i had 5 days to fax it back and to e-mail them to let them now i had faxed it to them.i faxed on july 3rd and e-mail them july 4th.i have not heard anything from them at all.i had written about 5 nice e-mails including my phone number.i should have gotten the prize by now.i had never had problems before with them getting small prizes.they list a phone number but when you call the only way is to have an extension number or know the first 3 letters of their name.no operater to talk to either.i don't know what to do? kandy
 
i finally had it with them and at a suggestive solution by someone else i sent a facebook message to them.well they answear me by saying to write to this department.then when i got no answear i wrote back then they said yesterday to write another department and they would help me by the end of the day.it is today and still no answear so i wrote again this time they said the contest department is swamped and that they promise that someone would contact me by the end of the day and if not to use the facebook message to write again.I relize they are busy but it has been 7 weeks.and till now noone would reply to any of my e-mails i must admit the ones i wrote lately telling them how frustering this is and how rude i feel they are being to me might not be nice but i did everything they told me to do.faxed paperwork back on time,i have a receit that said it went thru.at this point i like the company to at least acknowlege me instead of ignoring me.thanks for listening. kandy
 
i was getting no-where with sheknows so i wrote the better bussiness buarua they forward it to the arizona branch yesterday and sent it to sheknows today.today i finally got a responce from them finally.super super nice.apoligizing again which they did not in the first place.then saying it was a mix up.they finally included their phone number.they said they ordered my blu-ray player today and that amazon will ship it and i will have by this friday.the blu-ray dvd will be sent this week and i will get it by early next week.now i wait and see. kandy
