Sheknows entry counts are way off

I just noticed that SheKnows contests are now telling you how many entries you have in each contest. The notice appears after you finish entering. That's a good feature, but unfortunately, the counts they are showing for me are WAY off. I enter only a few of their contests, but the ones I've been entering every hour for days or even weeks are showing that I have only 12 or 14 or 18 total entries -- I should have at least 4 or 5 times that many.

I'm wondering if, when their rules say you can enter once each hour, they really mean once every 60 minutes? Because sometimes I'll enter at 5 minutes to the hour and then again at 5 minutes after the hour (but still never more often than once per hour).

I've sent them a message to ask them about this.

 Thanks for pointing that out. I would have never noticed if you hadn't posted. Mine seem to be pretty accurate. I did try entering a few minutes before the hour and then a few minutes after the hour and my entry count did go up. Please be sure to post if you get an answer from them.

Since yesterday, the counts have incremented accurately (and you don't have to wait 60 minutes). But the starting counts when they first implemented this feature were all wrong. No response from them yet.

Over the past couple of days as I have been monitoring the counts on these contests, the incremental count of the number of entries has seemingly been corrected, but the odds they are showing are all over the place. Their math is atrocious. Here's just one example:

In one contest, my total number of entries are shown below, along with the odds that were displayed (each reading is approximately one hour apart):
41/1 in 471 -
42/1 in 29 -
43/1 in 453 -
44/1 in 884

Odds might vary, of course, but not that much in a single hour.

I've looked at each of the ones I have entered, and I don't see any entry count anywhere.

After you have submitted your entry on the hourly contests, you should see this message: "Chances of winning currently: XX entries entered giving you a X in XXXX chance of winning". The "X in XXXX chance" is the part that isn't working -- their math is all wrong.

Nope! I don't have that show up. I only enter them once per day. Maybe, it comes up when you enter more than once per day.

Today I discovered another anomaly with the SheKnows hourly contests, one that might really be affecting play. I've been entering from home AND from work for several weeks, but today I realized that none of my entries from my work computer are being included when SheKnows lists my total entries for each contest each hour. They are counting only the entries I've made from home. This morning, for example, it showed that I had 167 entries in one contest. I went to work and entered that same contest 3 times over the day, but at the end of the day, on both my work and my home computer, the site shows I still have 167 entries.

I've written to them, but they still haven't replied to last week's email, so I'm not holding my breath waiting for an answer.

I never noticed the entry counts until you guys mentioned it. For me, it's after the 2nd submit page (where you confirm your info).

Just curious, do you enter your husbands in these? It's weird that it would keep a different count for you from home and at work. I wonder if they are really one per day per computer?

No, it's definitely one per hour. The counts that appear after you confirm your information do increment properly (though the odds that accompany that are often erratic and wrong) as long as you are entering from the same computer each time.

The weird part, though, is that the same counts will show up when I enter from a different computer -- they show up, but they don't increment. So if I had a total of 167 entries from my home computer, when I enter on my office computer, it will still show me with 167 entries, no matter how many times I enter from that computer. When I get back home and enter, the number will start from there, but increase by one with each additional hourly entry. I guess I just won't bother entering from work anymore.
