Shaw Rugs IWG? Need help...

HELP! :( I won a holiday rug 2 days ago on the instant win game from Shaw rugs and still haven't received an email confirmation. I tried to contact prizelogic via the hyperlink in the official rules, but it opens a .pdf and the hyperlink will not work. I have my game confirmation number to confirm the win. Who do I need to contact and how can I contact them? Very bummed. I see other winners got their email conf's right away. I have a screen shot with my game confirmation number on it (glad I thought to keep that number). What can I do?
 
That is kinda strange mine was there in a few seconds on winning this morning hope it works out
 
I know. That's what has me worried. :( I got used to waiting for conf emails after winning 3x from game stop and it took weeks to get those emails, so I figured maybe this was the same. But a quick search here on SA shows all rug wins seemed to have gotten emails right away. I just sent an email to shaw floors via their website. Hopefully they can help me. I'm not sure how to get a hold of Prizelogic. If anyone else knows or has other ideas/comments... please let me know. So sad. I've tried to win this for years and I finally got a winning screen and now may not get it. :scratch: I have a screen shot too, thogh I know that's not proof enough for any company. Hoping at least the game code on that screen will help my case?
 
Go to the facebook wall and tell them about it. They answered my fiance and told him what to do when he did not get a confirmation email.

I won the carpet cleaner on that IWG and did not receive my confirmation email either. I posted on Facebook informing them that I had won but had not received the confirmation email that the winning screen said I would receive. They responded to my post, confirmed my win, then sent my confirmation email.

P.S. I see you posted on their Facebook wall. Since this is the weekend they may not have anyone monitoring their Facebook. If your post gets bumped too far down you may want to repost it on Monday. :wave:
 
:sunny: Congratulations on getting the win! As I recall after winning on that one., a confirmation comes up to confirm your shipping information. Posting on their wall is the best way to get an answer. Good Luck!
