I need help in contacting Shape Magazine customer service. I have been notified that I have won the May 30th Birthday Sweepstakes by a lady named Allison. I have communicated with her several times and she assures me I am the winner however, I still have not received any paper work and this is a large prize. I do not know what is going on, she said she was working out the details with the resort and would get back with me in two weeks, it has been almost 4 weeks. Can anyone help??

:sunny: I know that they are very slow having won from them myself. Customer service for Shape Magazine is 1-800-340-8953 One of the problems that I had was that the person taking care of it was no longer working there and no one knew what was going on. Just don't give up.
