My daughter and I just returned from attending the 2019 SEPHORiA at the Shrine Auditorium in LA, which was held over the weekend. As you can see from their email, this prize included 2 wristbands (admittance to event) and $300 to go towards expenses. Yes, the trip cost more than $300.00, but I was able to purchase 2 round trip tickets from Detroit to LA for $450.00 (which is super cheap) and then I used some Uber and Lyft codes that I have won throughout the past year, so we did not need a vehicle. We won VIP tickets which included a HUGE bag of assorted products with a value of more than $1,000.00 EACH (makeup mostly) and we had the time of our lives there. It was kinda like a vendor's show where there were like 160 vendors and they would show their product to you and give you samples. We also signed up for services beforehand, I had my brows done (amazingly) and a facial and then attended a 30 minute seminar on applying eyeshadow for attaining smoky eyes. It was all very professional and amazing!
I also redeemed some Starbucks points that I had won so we did not need to purchase lunches. It was a lot of fun, we visited Universal and even sat in on a Price is Right taping.

Yes, it was we had a boat load of fun. The thing is, if I did not win those tickets (the whole package was $1k) I would not have attended. Sweeping adds to your life, they really do!
