Based on the envelope, got this from Lucky Magazine but haven't a clue of the sweeps...

It is a ~2"x4" folding mirror/compact with a $25 Sephora gift card.

Didn't realize GC was inside. Thought something was just loose/rattling.... Surprise...

Wonder if its one of those freebie signups with first 500 or so....
