What's the latest best place to sell or barter your stuff that is NOT eBay? It's starting to pile up on me, and I gotta start selling again, but I'm fed up with eBay's fees and policies. They used to be great.

Some folks have luck on Craig's list. YOu have to meet in a public area and be prepared for a few no shows.

Don't let someone come to your house and don't go alone anywhere.

And cash only. period. No sob stories

So far I'm using Craig's List for some larger items and have an interested party to buy a used piano. But I need to go national to sell smaller things like jewelery and wondering what sites are the most active after eBay.
