Search function doesn't seem to be working...

Sweepstakes Plus Subscriber
I've searched for several things today, only to find that another window opens (normal)...but it's blank. I refreshed the second window, retried the search, etc, but nothing works. I've searched for stuff that I know is there (Sony, cash, etc), so that's not the issue. Any ideas?
 
I don't know the answer, but I tried searching and also got a blank white page. I cleared everything, logged out, restarted my computer, tried again and still got a blank page.

I just used Contact Us to submit a ticket and bring this to admin's attention. Hopefully someone can reply soon.
 
Having the same issue. That is what I came over here seeking info for. Thanks for submitting a ticket. I am always using that search function. :-)
 
I click on comments under the sweepstakes heading of an individual sweepstakes and I get a BLANK Page.

I click on the sweepstakes heading and I get a blank page.

I click on the rules of a sweepstakes and I get the sweepstakes page.

I submitted a ticket. I got the e-mail for the ticket and clicked on link to get the ticket update and got a blank page.

I updated all new adobe/java/microsoft updates. Same thing happens BLANK PAGE.

The only thing I can mention is when I updated adobe shockwave I get "Director Player Error" "This application requires an Xtra (Flash Movie...) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras Folder(s)."

I did a goggle search on "Director Player Error" and there is some information dated 6-18-2012 with person's having similar problems, can't make heads or tails of what they say should do to fix.

I did goggle search on Xtra (Flash Movie...) and it talks about allowing ActiveX and how to update your computer to all this ActiveX to click on to allow allocation of these Xtras Files/folders, and it didn't work or I didn't follow instructions properly.

Gave up. Will submit this as additional info on my ticket.
 
Whenever SA has problems, I check the Announcements forum - I found something that *might* help:

The only way I can access SA is thru my Favorites, is there an eta for when it should be fixed?
