SC Johnson, the maker of popular households products as Glade and Windex, warned customers this month about a bank check scam that asks people to reveal personal data to enroll in a fake rewards program.
The company said customers received a letter claiming they had won a prize with a phony check attached to the mailing. The letterhead, which includes a fake signature of SC Johnsons corporate treasurer, is from Consumer Reward Program, MBT Financial Services or Domino Financial Trust Inc.
