Sandisk 25th Anniversary Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game

I won 3 prizes during mid July, and received all winnings by the first week of August. However, the most expensive prize was ibeats headphones.
 
Hi, when I checked on my win from them, I was told I didn't confirm the win with an email that was apparently sent but I never saw, whomp, whomp! I can't remember the phone number but you can call to see when your prize will be sent out. Hope you have better luck than me with that!
