Why do I keep getting the popup to subscribe to SA news?

I get this popup even after I sign in, and I already subscribe to SA News.

Not sure - when I was getting it, I think it turned out to be a cookie thing - I'll alert admin.
 
You need to accept cookies. This is the only reason it would keep popping.
