SA EReminders PROBLEM

Okay, I have a problem I hope someone can help me with. I have just starting to use the reminder system on some daily and IW. My problem is that when I want to remove them from my reminders options page, I get a page that says "SA EReminders [email protected]" and a list of sweeps that are not mine. I can't seem to get to my list of reminders. So now I have all these reminder emails in my in-box, that I have to delete everyday because they've expired. I hope I made this understandable. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I am having the same problem. It says that I have no pending reminders but I get 80 delivered everyday to my email inbox. I am not sure what's going on. I have dumped my cookies and tried on my other computer too. Maybe a Mod or Admin can help???

Thanks Amy. I've been hesitate about adding more remibders if I can't take them off when they expire. Maybe something could be added to the reminders page ...like an expire date/end date that would discontinue the emails coming after that day.
 
It's working again!!! Thank you so much. All of my reminders are back. I LOVE THIS SITE!! I don't post much, so I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Ken and co., and all of the mods. This is the BEST sweeps site on the internet...there isn't even any other site that comes close!

Great! Reminders are all there now and I can delete the expired ones. Thanks for fixing our problem so painlessly. :)

I kept getting reminder emails for expired sweeps and couldn't delete them!
 
That is an interesting thought. When we remove sweepstakes from the system it would also remove any from the reminders database table associated with that expired sweepstakes. I am trying to think of any problems that might arise but I really can't. Is everyone OK with this? :)
 
When we talked about this last year, you mentioned that some members use the reminder system to remind them to check a winner's list. This would be the only problem I could see with having them auto expire.
 
I agree with you Johnny.

Maybe if the expiration date could be included in the reminder and have a sort by expiration date feature for when we want to delete. They can be difficult to delete otherwise.
 
How about just a "delete this reminder" link in the reminder email?

Then the expiry date doesn't matter.... though including that in the text could help, too.
 
I think I can do both the expires date in text and the link to delete that reminder in the email. I have it on my to-do list. I'll let you know when it is completed. :)

Okay, I have a new bug with my reminder emails that I hope you can help me with. When I have an expired contest and I go to the options section to delete it, it's not on my list to delete. But I continue to get the reminder emails. Any ideas for fixing this?
