This sweep expired on 2/15/08 and according to the rules the winners should have been posted on the site the following Monday. It was for Elizabeth Arden gift baskets. I have faithfully checked the site and it continues to read winners to be announced. I tried e-mailing them quite some time ago, with no definitive answer. Today, I phoned the number in the rules to ask about the winners. I was put on hold, then told to call back. I don't think they ever had any intention of awarding the prizes.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Drawing for the Prize award will be conducted on the next business day (Monday - Friday) after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, at the main offices of the Sponsor. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and the award of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all Sweepstakes' rules and requirements. The name of the winners who are selected shall appear on the website http://www.rocawear.com/sweepstakeswinner.php (the "Winner's Listing Website") no later than 3:00 p.m., EST, on the business day (Monday-Friday) following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. If the winners happen to be selected on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, those winners will be announced on the next business day being Monday.

that's a shame too... I totally wear Rocawear clothing and have tons of their bags too... Love that clothing line. I buy my man the clothing too so we can match when we're out at events and what-not... hmmmm that's weird that they're aren't copping up to their prizes... wth

Hmmm, most rules will state "on or about" to CYA, but they don't. They do say:

If the winner(s) fail to contact Sponsor as set forth above by 5:00 p.m., EST on the fifth (5th) day following the drawing, or in the event of winner's non-compliance with any of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner(s) will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received.

If an alternate potential winner(s) must be selected, the Winner's Listing Website will provide notification of the new winner selection and listing date, which shall be within thirty (30) business days of the date the Prize is forfeited by the previously selected winner. If the alternate winner fails to contact Sponsor as set forth above by 5:00 p.m., EST within five (5) days of the alternate winner's name being listed on the Winner's Listing Website, or in the event of alternate winner's non-compliance with any of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received and the foregoing procedures will be followed for said alternate winner.
