roboform toolbar doesn't show my names anymore

I have been using roboform for a while and I love it but all of a sudden my names have disappeared from the toolbar and I can't figure out how to get them back. Any ideas??

did you upload a new version lately if you did they may have itas a drop down menu? I haven't updated mine in overe 2 weeks!

marymcm47 - if you have the robo icon in the bottom toolbar (all the way right) right click and select OPTIONS>TOOLBAR>make sure the proper boxes are checked/unchecked.

Thank you. I tried downloading the newest version and that does have my names in a drop down but it was so much easier when it was just on the toolbar and I could just click it. I did what Amy said but there doesn't seem to be anything I could do to get them back. Its frustrating.

It doesn't sound like a Roboform problem. I have the latest version, and all four of our ID's show up on the Roboform toolbar. It sounds more like your toolbar itself got rearranged. Sometimes, invasive programs will mess up things on your computer. Sometimes, it's something else. You'll have to play around with your toolbar setup to get it back. I had to do this a few days ago.
