I blocked an auto fill site, which was eprize, and now can't auto fill those sites with the pop up box. How do I unblock?

Go to the website that you want to autofill, right click, fill forms. The auto fill box should pop up with a list of your passcards for that site. You should see one with 'block' in the name. Right click on this, click delete.
