Repeat appearance

I have noticed that there are many sweeps that appear on the new list each day then a few days later they will appear as new again with a new added date.One example is the Sweepstakes Advantage Game of Thrones. I have been entering for days but it shows up today as newly added. Is there a way to avoid this?:confused:

Mark those sweeps you've entered/decided AGAINST entering. Makes doing end of the month sweeps a snap! Also allows you to quickly see the newest added, as you check back throughout the day, without having to look at the ones you already decided on!!! Remember - click Save my Sweepstakes or refresh the page if you have pop ups allowed at SA, to save.​

Amy, maybe I didn't ask the question clearly enough. Let's say I have never entered a sweep and don't intend on entering one. I am just looking. I go to "new sweeps " every day and just browse. I go to the "new sweeps" for 01/02/2020 and see a sweep for a $1 prize as say, a daily. Nice but I don't enter sweeps remember. So I come back to the site on 01/08/2020 and check the "new sweeps" and browse again. Lo and behold there is that same sweep listed as new and added on 01/08/2020. But I just saw it a week earlier as added on 01/02/2020.
Now , you brought up another question that I didn't know about. I don't understand the "decided against ". Where is that?:rolleyes: I see sweepscheck but it just shows the date I entered not decided against.
 
I do NOT save it to my sweeps I just use SweepsCheck to mark the date/time I 1st saw it so when I look at new sweeps if it's already checked off I know I can skip reading it.

I also use the site differently - I open the categories I'm interested in & use the SORT BY feature so the newest are on top & I either look at SweepsCheck to see if I've already marked it, or I use Entered on: in FIND and only look at those I haven't checked off.

I forgot I had this saved:

Listing was bumped up to catch more views
If you used SweepsCheck to mark the date when you 1st saw the listing, then later saw the listing and the Added date was different, it means the listing is NOT a duplicate - it was bumped up to catch more views
so if you used SweepsCheck to mark the date a promo is 1st seen, whether you entered, or saved to enter later, or skipped, then one knows that those are bumps & are easily skipped.

Clear as mud right? :p

thanks for asking this. I asked about a sort by "newest" in another thread and never received a response. I don't need/want to "check" anything (ie SweepsCheck) - just wondered if the ability to sort by "newest first" is available, as I would prefer to check back throughout the day to catch the newest ones added. I guess the response you got answers my question - so it appears that what will work best for me is to wait and check listings the following day.
And yes - I totally get what you're saying with the duplicate listings. Noticed a couple just now, listed 1/11/20, which had "comments" from people on them from more than a month ago. Is there some reason some are "reposted/re-added"?

ETA: I see the new response above added as I was tryping out mine.
Kinda redundant to relist just for "more views" - don't see what purpose that serves. "Who" benefits from more views of a listing?
