Reminders not arriving in my inbox

I've got reminders set for about 40 sweeps - the ones I really want to win. For the last four days, I've not received the reminders. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!
 
Marsha, your email provider may be blocking them. Contact Admin through the contact us link on the homepage and provide him with the name of your e-mail host and let him know you are not receiving your reminders. :)
 
Thanks, Wolfie. They had been coming so nicely and regularly then nothing. I don't use a spam filter as you never know - someone's spam is someone else's win notice! I did write to admin but haven't heard back. I'll try again. Thanks, again!
 
Mine are not coming either. I use yahoo and the admin said they were blocking last week, but it should be fixed by now. I'm still not getting them either.
 
It's been 6 days now and I am still not getting reminders. I've contacted the admin through the contact us link but I haven't heard anything. I am using Yahoo as my email provider.
 
It is Yahoo itself. I have not recieved any mail from SA since Thursday the 18th. Admin is aware of the problem and has contacted Yahoo. I have also contacted Yahoo, but they swear there is nothing wrong. I think I should know when I am missing 200+ emails..I have written Yahoo again this morning..so we shall see..and I really was nice also! LOL
 
I'd like to write, too. I've been a Yahoo! user for over 10 years and I still don't know how to contact them! So many freakin' 'help' pages. I'm also missing email from two other email lists. Very frustrating. Especially this time of the year!
 
Can our wonderful Admin help with a contact to Yahoo so we can complain about them blocking such a wonderful site like SA?
 
I've left a message for admin. Either he or Diane will come in with further info, or I will let you know what I hear. I know they have been working really hard on improvements and some bug fixes, so please be patient. Trust me, I understand your frustration, comcast is always blocking them.

I always want to scream, "If you sign up for it, it's not spam, stop reporting it!" Oh, I guess I just did. :laughing:

I feel your pain. In the interim, maybe set up a new, free e-mail and change your reminder address. Just a thought.

Okay, I just had an insane chat conversation with Yahoo. If you want to complain goto http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/forms_index.html but beware because they wanted my to turn my spam guard on and set filter to get mail that was not coming into my inbox. Very fustrating... :cussing:


After a while I finally got the link to their white list form for our admin to fill out and submit. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/postmaster/postmaster_wl.html?from_url=

I had yahoo for awhile and finally switched to gmail. yahoo is to much of a hassle and I hate that they block the stuff I want but let porn and other spam in.. :scratch:
 
After I read 3mnkids1 post..I went and opened a gmail acct and have gotten every email I should receive from SA, for the 2 days that I have had it. So, once again..I am happy..and everybody wants me to be happy, right?.. :laughing:
 
I also am getting no e-mail from SA and I also use Yahoo. I hate them deciding what I will or won't see. they allow 500 work from home, buy a hair peice, and dear sir or madam, I have been appointted to tell you that you won 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 milllion pounds, just send us your name,address and credit card, and by the way don't tell noone about this e-mail or the boogie man will get you. they let all this through, and then block a ligittement place like SA who's e-mail I want. I went and wrote them, I will see their respones, if not better in a day or two I will switch over to my gmail, just hate to change because most of my contest are on my yahoo address, hope they aren't blocking any winning e-mails, but who would know. Oh well enough of my ranting, please excuse me, I just really hate it when someone or something messes with my sweeping and diffenatly don't mess with my SA. e-mails or messages. thanks for letting me rant.
