referring someone

I have been trying to refer someone and she keeps telling me she's not getting the email but I did refer someone else and they got the email and signed up. I am putting their name and email address and I enter the # in the box on the right so I wonder why they aren't getting the email.

Any advice would be helpfull.

make sure she is also looking in her spam box and that her e-mail addy is correct.

That's what I told her and she said she couldn't find it so I just told her to sign up anyways because it is worth it.
