Received wrong prize from Prize Logic

I won the 3D TV Bundle from the Tiempo Extra instant win Game. That consisted of a 47" LED with built in blu-ray and 2 glasses. Today UPS brought me a 3D Blu-Ray player only addressed to Tiempo Extra Instant winner and my address. :scratch: So now what? Did someone else get my tv? There was no signature required and it was shipped directly from Best Buy. I found a # on my email to call and they said they'd check into it. I hope I get my TV I've been so excited about this since I won on June 8th.
 
It is quite possible that the TV was/is going to be shipped separately from the other part of the prize. Maybe is wasn't in stock or is coming from another warehouse.
 
That's what I am hoping. :). Just worried b/c it was built into the TV and I know a Blu-Ray player only was on another prize level.
 
alot of times the rules state they can substitute a prize of equal or more value if the stated prize is no longer available, so perhaps the TV with the built in blue ray is no longer available and they substituted with a separate player and TV. Let us know how it works out! :sunny:
 
That sucks...but I'm sure they'll resolve it. It's just a matter of how long it takes and how many people you have to scream at. Good Luck!
 
Well she called me back and said she spoke to whoever did the ordering and that it was 3 separate orders. So hopefully soon the tv and glasses will come. :)
