received fraud winning e-mail

So at first this looked good. It came from an e-mail that looked like it was from Shelln Petroleum. It told me to open document. I did I read it and it is a fraud. Just cant figure out what the catch is, any ideas

This email has so many red flags, it takes a while to get to the point where you can detect ther frauds.

1. Shell and nobody else would probably not email a win with that much money
2. Why do they need your occupation and income to give you your money
3. Did you enter? If not, then why would they be sending you FREE money?

There are more, those are just a few.

Keep entering, you never know your next win may be a legitimate MILLION
 
They ask the person to send them a certain amount of money for whatever reason they give (insurance, shipping, etc.) in order the receive the prize. In many situations, they will continue to ask for more money for whatever else they can come up with. These scams come in every way, shape, and form with all trying to accomplish the same thing.
