Received a damaged prize what to do??

I received the mugs set from Loacker today, but several of the mugs are broken. Do I chock it up to my usual luck, or do I contact them? I actually got two sets, so I don't feel too bad, but I'm not sure what to do.

I would contact them and let them know. I received damaged prize twice. Once the sponsor mailed me another one ( I attached pictures of the broken one to the email, when I contacted them), the second time sponsor did not react at all. So in my experience there is a 50/50 chance to have this fixed.

Who was the shipper? If it was UPS/FEDEX, then please do contact the sponsor for their sake so they can resolve the problem for others/stop using them.
