Anyone else having problem with this. Been entering for years, but last two months when clicking on solve item, picture fades away and is replaced. After several tries switching solution, get message cutting me off and to try again later. Tried using voice instead and that worked for 1 day and now get same message. Using with safari or chrome on MacBook Pro new.
