Rachel Ray Help

Hello everyone I need some advice.

The 2nd Rachel Ray Bowl arrived at my grandmothers and upon opening up the box it was cracked right down the middle. Do I write to the company that shipped the item ??? If not who do I contact as the bowl is completely unuseable. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
MTEJen has posted the same thing today... She says to contact nabisco.

Not sure as my RR prize has not arrived. But, check the packaging to see if the package was insured. If so, you can file a claim.
