Does anyone know when Meijers sweeps starts adding there gifts to win,I can't download the rules for some reason.Is it @ midnight or anytime(random)?

For the Meijer.com - Get Gifted Contest, there are daily (instant win prizes) and a grand prize. For the daily prizes, the rules say:
"Each day during the Contest Period, three Daily Prizes (one Daily Prize in each of the three Contest Rooms) will be activated pieces of merchandise in the Contest Rooms at random times (the Activation Time)."
Like most instant wins, the time is random. I do not see any more information about the timing. Here is a larger portion of the rules:
