Question using Sweepspop

Hi All. I am trying to use SweepsPop but am having difficulty. Every time I try to utilize it, only the first sweep I checked pops up when I press launch. Each time I have pressed "enable SweepsPop boxes", checked the appropriate boxes (or check all) and pressed "launch SweepsPop". Am I doing anything wrong? Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you are doing it correctly - enable, check, launch. I don't think a pop-up blocker would interfere with launching, if you are using one. You can submit a ticket to the Help Desk for help:

rosieak - pop-up blockers and/or settings will interfere - have you tried using a different browser to test?
