Question Regarding Sweepstakes Renewal

I am curious who do I send my concern regarding a massive massive very massive mistake I made in purchasing the WRONG renewal prompt fee. I CHECKED and made sure and quadrupled CHECKED that I ticked off the $5.00 subscription renewal fee and my paypal idiotically incurred a horrific payment of $40.00 for an entire year to this sweepstakes plus website I don't sweepstakes daily at all enough to warrant a lousy $40 to be wiped out of my paypal account. :( :( :(

Mind you I have never ever won anything from this site ever or any of the one entry sweepstakes listed on this website I always and I mean always purchase the $5.00 renewal fee option.

Is there any way I can have my $40.00 refunded right back to my paypal account because that paypal account I use to pay my bills and home expenses and I am seriously in need of my $40.00 back.

Can anyone please assist me on this matter quickly? Please and thank you. I just wanted to tick off the $5.00 one month subscription and this website inhaled and swallowed all $40.00 out of my account even though I QUADRUPLED CHECKED and chose & checked off the $5.00 for one month renewal fee. I feel quite tricked and a bit sleighted by all this. :(

sweeps77 - the "CONTACT US" button is located on the very bottom of both the SA & the SP home pages

Not clear on how you are logged in [as an SA not a PLUS member?] and can't access/use "CONTACT US"

The quicker I can get this resolve the better. I know I checked off the $5.00 renewal subscription fee, that's all I wanted and $40.00 was incurred and I pray to God I can have my money refunded quick cause I need those funds to pay bills.
