I WON $50 FROM THIS SWEEP AND OPTED FOR THE "PHYSICAL" CHECK. I WON ON 7/30/09, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN THE ACTUAL PRIZES ARE SENT OUT? THE SWEEP JUST ENDED ON 9/1....JUST WONDERING... :scratch:
 
You should have gotten them by now, I won after you and already have mine. You can shoot them an email and see if that helps. Good luck.
 
Thank you so much, When I won the edo cards, I got them within 10 days. I thought that was a little odd :scratch: When you used yours did the retailer ask all kinds of crazy questions? Did they take them, no problems, just curious.... :whistle:
 
I had problems at Kmart. I had $25 on one card and bought something for about $30 and was gonna pay the diffrence and the cashier ran it for the whole amount so it got denied and I could not get the cashier to understand to run it for only 25 and I would pay the rest on my debit card, other than that, I havent had to much problems with it. Hope that helps.
 
I won the $50 also and opted for the check. It came just a couple of weeks after I won as certified mail. I had to sign for it and you get 2 $25 dollar checks. There is also a list of the merchants where you can use the checks.
 
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! I EMAILED THEM, I HOPE THEY GET BACK TO ME PRETTY QUICK. I HAD TROUBLE REDEEMING THE CODE WHEN I WON THIS, BUT I DL'D THE NEWEST VERSION OF JAVA AND THEN IT WENT THROUGH OK. MAYBE I JUST SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS..... :wave:
 
I had a whole lot of trouble trying to redeem the codes too, I just kept trying everyday and it finally took it but I went crazy in the mean time. LOL Hope you hear from them soon.
 
I received my physical check within 10 of winning it and i had a heck of a time using it at walmart. First they told me sorry they cant take it , then i called corporate and told them their name was on the list and that they must have been under contract to accept these checks and they told me to go back to the store and have the manager ring up my purchase. These checks were just like the Bumble Bee Bewell checks and i had trouble with those too at walmart lol. When i mentioned that to the manager at walmart it quickly brought back their memory of those checks and me from the last time lol. Good luck is all i can say.
 
I was thinking on a new pair of Nike's, but if its that big of a deal. Footlocker, probably wont be too cool either. Why dont they just send you a check or a GC and be done with it? Sheeeesh :scratch: On the other hand, I am in Arkansas, the home state of Walmart, I dont know, it could be worth a shot. Thank you all for the info. I appreciate it very much. :sunny:
 
ok, so here is something, I just thought of. If you can use it in sporting goods, then you can buy a fishing pole? How does that have anything to do with school? Or software? You could buy a video game cd? That makes no sense :scratch: How do those things have anything to do with school? I need new paint for the living room, I wonder if I could use my $50 for paint? :laughing:
