Question about radio contests saying multiple markets

I've been entering the contests on local radio sites. In the rules it states "Sweepstakes promoted and accessible in multiple markets to users of this Service and other services are noted as such by display of the reward type 'MM'." The same prizes are being given away on different local radio sites. Is it okay to enter each contest on each site? And what does it mean by "Multiple Markets"? I live in North Florida, so would it only be in this area? Or would it be the whole state of Florida? I recently won contert tickets from local radio station through online entry but it was for local area. They use point system for extra entries, just wondering if it's really worth all the effort?

I believe (could be wrong) that "multiple markets" are the "creative presentations" of radio... in that multiple stations/media markets band together in order to give away a single prize. I was able to enter the same sweep on a number of different station's websites in my state back when I was doing these for a few weeks before concluding that they were a huge waste of time.
