First off, I am not sure if this is the right place for this or not. If not, I apologize. I submitted an entry for the Marlboro sweepstakes Undivided contest a few months back.
I recently received an email saying that, "Although your entry was not deemed to be a potential Grand Prize winner of the contest, if space becomes available, PM USA would like to offer you the prize of a 4-day/3-night trip for one (1) to a project location as a gift. Your prize is contingent on you meeting all eligibility requirements. In the event space does not become available, you will receive a check in the amount of $500.00, pending eligibility.
Before we can establish your eligibility, you must complete and sign documents. You can access your documents by clicking “View Document” below. Click the yellow “next” button to navigate through the document. When all fields have been completed, you would need to confirm by signing. Click “Finish” to submit your documents. Please note that you may not be able to save the documents until they are complete. You will be unable to view the documents after the deadline date below."
I submitted my documents and have not heard anything back. Anyway, this email got me more curious so I went back to my Marlboro.com account and logged in. I began to surf around the site, checking out various things and then I saw something I have never seen before. I clicked on the tab Action & Adventure, then clicked the button titled Marlboro Ranch. The page loaded and I was checking everything out when I noticed, in the right sidebar beneath the carousel photos, was a box that said "Would you be interested in visiting the ranch?" It had my email address pre-populated in an email field, and a Yes and No button beneath it. So I clicked Yes and the box disappeared. I have been on this site many times before and have never seen or noticed that before.
I then had my wife create an account for herself to see if that showed up for everyone and I just missed it in the past. After she signed up, she followed the same steps I did but that box was not there.
Has anyone else had this box? If so, did you receive an invite to the ranch?
Just seemed strange that it appeared one day and, after I clicked yes it disappeared. I am excited about the possibility of going to one of the Project Sites from the undivided contest but am even more stoked about the possibility of visiting the ranch.
Just looking for anyone else's experience with this.
