Question about Hallmark Mystery Box win

Yesterday I won a GC from this. When I won the GC showed $1000 dollars I was shocked and confused cause I heard that the win was only up to $500 so I finally got the winning email stating that I won $100 I was still super happy cause that is a great win. But I found out today that the system got hacked and gave out some $1000 GC wins b4 they were suppose to be released. Hallmark is honoring this to 2 of the winners. I think I should have been one of them as well. Being my win showed $1000 Visa GC I have contacted them in question to this. I am hoping that they will honor mine as well. As that would be super great!!!
Wish me luck on this one. Because when I look into my acct now under my wins they have changed the used to be $1000 GC to $100 GC maybe thinking I wouldnt have noticed or something. Very strange. But If they will honor for others should they not honor this for me? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Oh my - I sure hope they don't give up on having sweeps like DELL did!!! :nono:

I missed this - how do you know what/when the prizes are?
 
I got a winning screen that said "Hallmark GC" but doesn't show any amount. I haven't receive the confirmation email yet, how long does it take? Anyone? Thanks.
 
I played this game and got a message that I'd won a $500 Visa G.C. and then a screen that asked for info. which I gave. I noticed that there had been a number of $500 "wins" that morning and felt a bit sceptical. I never did get and e-mail from them. I later won a book and did get an e-mail for that. Hallmark seemed to be experiencing various problems with this games right from the start if all the comments on their facebook page is any measure. Still, I don't let it discourage me as I have won many great prizes over the years thanks to Sweepstakes advantage. Thank you S.A. !!! :
 
Ok here is an update, they are going to honor the $1000 woohoo. Im so excited!! I knew about the hack because on the facebook page it stated that they had someone hack into the system but they would honor them people anywasy, when i won the card. The image showed the GC to be $1000 but it took all day almost till 11:00 pm b4 i got my winning email that stated it was only $100 dollars. I was contacted by the contest sponsor and he looked into my win and said they would honor it. So it actually shows I won it today. Im so happy they honored it.
 
I won a hallmark gc today and have not received a confirmation email. I was wondering how long it takes to get the confirmation. Thanks
 
Hi, anyone knows who to contact regarding the prize (contest sponsor's email info.)? No email confirmation yet since yesterday, just a little nervous :)
 
Hope you get the email...not to be discouraging, but I got an email within an hour of winning a $500 GC. Others have stated it's taken much longer. Fingers crossed for you!

I don't either. There's two parts. There's a form to fill out that gets you a sweepstakes entry. Then, I guess you can play the mystery box game; but after I choose to keep the box, the next page that comes up has some coded error message on it! :scratch:
 
Isn't the contest over already? By the way, I haven't receive any winning confirmation letter from them yet (2 days now!). Wonder what they're doing, I can't find any contact numbers (anybody?). Thanks..
